SAN RAMON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Endoscopic Technologies, Inc. (d.b.a. Estech®), a leading provider of minimally invasive cardiac surgery devices and disposables, today announced the appointment of Andrew S. Wechsler, M.D., as its medical director. Dr. Wechsler will chair the Estech Medical Advisory Board, which provides guidance on the company’s clinical research, medical education and product development efforts. He will also support the company’s clinical awareness and advocacy initiatives. Dr. Wechsler will continue his role as Stanley K. Brockman professor and chair, Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Drexel University College of Medicine.
