ZUG, Switzerland, Aug. 3, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Auris Medical Holding AG (NASDAQ: EARS), a clinical-stage company dedicated to developing therapeutics that address important unmet medical needs in otolaryngology, today announced the promotion of Anne Sabine Zoller to General Counsel and member of the Executive Management team. Ms Zoller acquired extensive experience in Swiss and international corporate law as attorney and in-house counsel.
Prior to joining Auris Medical in April 2015 as Senior Legal Counsel, Ms Zoller was an attorney in the Corporate/M&A team of Homburger AG, a Zurich based law firm, and later Corporate/M&A Counsel with Straumann Group, a dental implant company headquartered in Basel. She obtained a PhD in law from the University of Zurich and an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
