Nordic Nanovector – Registered Share Capital Increase

OSLO, Norway--(BUSINESS WIRE)--5,000 share options were exercised at a strike price of NOK 6,75 per share under the Company’s share option program. After this option exercise, the total number of options outstanding is 1,080,239. The share capital increase relating to the issuance of the 5,000 shares has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new share capital of the Company is NOK 5,298,608.2 divided into 26,493,041 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.2.
