IS Pharma Agrees to £120m Merger with Sinclair Pharma plc

Liverpool Daily Post -- Chester pharmaceutical company IS Pharma is to merge with Surrey-based rival Sinclair Pharma, creating a business worth £120m. It was reported in LDP Business in February that the two sides were in “advanced talks”. The enlarged company – to be known as Sinclair IS Pharma – is likely to have its headquarters in the south of England although IS Pharma's current base in Chester Business Parkis lekely to remain. The deal is subject to the approval of the shareholders of both companies.
