NORTH ANDOVER, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Andover Medical, Inc. (AMI), (OTCBB:ADOV) announced the initial closing of a private financing for $3.19 million dollars. This financing is part of a previously announced Series A preferred stock financing targeted to raise $5,000,000. AMI expects to complete the balance of the financing in February 2007.
