Puget Sound Business Journal (Seattle) -- January wasn’t a good month for the Washington restaurant industry, according to a state trade group. The Washington Restaurant Association said the restaurant industry shed 6,900 jobs last month out of the approximately 200,000 in the trade at the end of 2008.
