KUNGSBACKA, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News: Vitrolife’s (STO:VITR) election committee has in the notice to attend the Annual General Meeting on March 28, 2008 proposed that the members of the Board shall be five or six in number, without any deputies, and that the Board shall consist of the following members: Patrik Tigerschiöld (re-election), Madeleine Olsson-Eriksson (re-election), Semmy Rülf (re-election), Fredrik Mattsson (re-election) and Maris Hartmanis (new election).
