Ventiv Health, Inc. Announces Agreement With Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc. For Total Data Solutions

SOMERSET, N.J., Nov. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ventiv Health, Inc. announced today an agreement with Watson Pharmaceuticals, whereby Ventiv’s Total Data Solutions (TDS) division will provide a variety of services to support Watson’s new Sales Force Automation platform and pharmaceutical sales software suite.

Ventiv’s TDS will provide Watson Pharmaceuticals’ mobile device configuration, rollout logistics and training. In addition, Ventiv will also supply help desk, hardware asset management, hosting, data warehousing, sample accountability, management reporting and other ongoing support services to complement Watson’s SFA implementation. The suite is being implemented for Watson’s entire field sales force. Field sales representatives and managers from Watson’s Specialty Products and Nephrology groups are currently being trained and deployed on the new system to manage professional and account data, plan routes, record call activity and replace paper processes.
