Varex stockholders of record at the close of business today, December 18, 2017 will be entitled to notice of the Annual Meeting and to vote upon matters considered at the meeting. Varex Imaging Corporation's 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders is scheduled to be held on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 4:30 p.m. Mountain Time at the company's headquarters at 1678 S. Pioneer Road, Salt Lake City, Utah 84104.
