SANTA BARBARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--In the most recent development concerning Pressure Products’ patent infringement case against Greatbatch Medical’s valved, peelable introducer product line, The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has affirmed the rulings of United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas that Pressure Products’ patents are valid and enforceable. In a split decision, the Federal Circuit remanded the case to the District Court for further proceedings concerning Greatbatch’s infringement of Pressure Products’ patents.
