DANBURY, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IMS Health (NYSE:IMS) today announced that it has entered into an innovative collaboration with UCB to help deliver greater business insights and improved operations, leveraging IMS Health’s Nexxus™ Commercial Application Suite and the IMS One™ intelligent cloud. UCB will benefit from integrated information, streamlined operations and aligned decision making across critical commercial functions.
UCB teams in North America will now have access to the Nexxus Suite of interoperable Software-as-a-Service applications for marketing, sales planning, incentive compensation, performance management, mobile sales and master data management. The Nexxus Suite will link seamlessly with UCB’s existing CRM system—delivering an end-to-end solution to help UCB optimize its commercial operations. IMS One, the revolutionary cloud-based platform, will bring together IMS Health’s comprehensive life sciences data with UCB data and information from third-party sources in an integrated solution to dramatically enhance commercial effectiveness and reduce complexity and costs. As part of the agreement, IMS Health also will deploy an on-site services team to deliver analytics expertise and decision support.
