ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 22, 2007 -- TLC Vision Corporation (Toronto:TLC.TO - News)(NasdaqGM:TLCV - News), today announced that it has completed the first sale of OccuLogix, Inc. (Toronto:OC.TO - News)(NasdaqGM:OCCX - News) common stock pursuant to its previously announced agreement with JEGC OCC Corp. ("JEGC"). TLCVision sold 1,904,762 shares of OccuLogix common stock to JEGC at a price of US$1.05 per share for proceeds of US$2.0 million. TLCVision will use the proceeds of the sale to reduce indebtedness incurred in connection with its recently completed tender offer for 20 million of its outstanding common shares.
