ThermoGenesis Closes Offering Of Common Stock

RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif., Feb. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ThermoGenesis Corp. today announced that it has completed an offering of 8,000,000 shares of its common stock at $4.00 per share. At the closing, 8,000,000 shares were sold. Net proceeds before expenses from the offering were approximately $30.1 million. Upon completion of the offering, ThermoGenesis had approximately 53,984,192 shares issued and outstanding.

The sole book-running manager of the offering was Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. The co-manager of the offering was Jefferies and Company, Inc.
