(Nasdaq: TEVA) announced today that further to its press release dated July 7, 2009, the Company and Ortho McNeil Janssen have extended their agreement to cease shipments of generic versions of Ortho Tri-Cyclen® Lo, until the earlier of (a) the Court’s ruling on the motion for preliminary injunction or (b) July 29.
