(NASDAQ:TRCA) announced that at today’s Special Meeting of Stockholders, its stockholders approved the proposals necessary to the completion of the company’s proposed worldwide strategic collaboration with Ipsen (Euronext: IPN) announced July 18, 2006. Tercica intends to complete the transaction with Ipsen as soon as reasonably practicable.
