IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NasdaqGM:SPPI) announced today that shareholders re-elected all six of the Company’s nominees to the Board of Directors, with more than 88 percent of votes cast, at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on Friday, June 20, 2008 at the Company’s global corporate headquarters in Irvine, California. Each of the directors will serve for a one-year term. The directors are Mr. Mitchell P. Cybulski, Mr. Richard D. Fulmer, Dr. Stuart M. Krassner, Mr. Anthony E. Maida III, Dr. Rajesh C. Shrotriya, and Dr. Julius A. Vida.
