BOTHELL, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Seattle Genetics, Inc. (Nasdaq:SGEN) today announced the appointment of Charles (Chip) R. Romp as Vice President, Sales. Mr. Romp brings more than 19 years of biotechnology and pharmaceutical sales and sales management experience to the company, most recently from Genentech, a wholly owned member of the Roche Group. In addition, the company announced the promotion of Jonathan Drachman, M.D., to Senior Vice President, Research and Translational Medicine.
