Stryker interim CEO Curt Hartman will receive an annual salary of $750,000, up from $517,500, the Wall Street Journal reported. In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Kalamazoo-based medical-device maker said that Hartman, who took over when former chairman and CEO Stephen P. MacMillan unexpectedly resigned last Wednesday, also would have a 2012 target bonus equal to his new salary, up from $388,125. Payment would be prorated based on the time he is CEO.
