(Nasdaq: RGDO), today announced the closing of its previously announced initial public offering of 10,750,000 shares of common stock, at a public offering price of $4.00 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of $43,000,000, before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by Regado Biosciences. All of the common stock was offered by Regado Biosciences. The company’s common stock is listed on The NASDAQ Capital Market under the trading symbol “RGDO.”
