EATONTOWN, N.J. and LEXINGTON, Ky., Dec. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- QMed, Inc. and CHA Health today announced that they have extended the agreement under which QMed provides services for CHA Health members suffering from the chronic conditions of coronary artery disease, heart failure and diabetes. The multi-year agreement added services for stroke.
