(OTCBB:PUMD), announced today that it plans to file a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a public offering of its equity securities. The registration statement is currently expected to be filed during the third quarter of 2008, and the offering is expected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2008, subject to the completion of review of the offering by federal and certain state regulatory authorities.
