Training Magazine recognizes PPD for eighth consecutive year
This marks the eighth consecutive year PPD has been named to the magazine’s list of top 125 businesses. The Training Top 125 is determined by evaluating companies that demonstrate measurable results in achieving business goals advanced by effective employee learning and development initiatives.
Training magazine also honored Amy Chapman, a principal learning specialist with PPD, as a Top 5 Emerging Training Leader. The award recognizes training professionals with two to 10 years of industry experience who have demonstrated stellar leadership skills, business savvy and training expertise.
“Employee engagement and growth are critical to PPD’s culture of high performance on behalf of our pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients,” said Jay Dixon, senior vice president of quality and enterprise learning at PPD. “Providing best-in-class learning and development programs ensures that our employees are well-equipped with the necessary skills to perform at the highest level and help ensure client success.”
PPD and Chapman were recognized during the annual Training 2019 Conference & Expo at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando, Florida.
“Being named to the Training Top 125 list for eight consecutive years exemplifies how PPD’s learning and education mission provides exceptional training for employees that drive the company’s efforts to improve health,” said Lorri Freifeld, Training magazine’s editor-in-chief. “PPD does this by fostering a best-in-class learning culture with programs that proactively, measurably and efficiently improve employee growth, readiness and performance.”
