ROCKVILLE, Md., Nov. 6, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nabi Biopharmaceuticals (Nasdaq:NABI) today announced its third quarter financial results for the three month period ended September 27, 2008. The Company reported a net loss from continuing operations of $4.3 million, or $0.08 per share, compared to a net loss of $10.4 million, or $0.17 per share, for the period ended September 29, 2007. Including results from discontinued operations, Nabi had a net loss of $1.7 million, or $0.03 per share, for the current period compared to a net loss of $15.9 million, or $0.26 per share, in the third quarter of 2007.
