Examiner -- Word on the street this morning is that Moxie, the Lower Queen Anne serving “food with nerve,” will be closing its doors this weekend. Coming soon to that location: Vietnamese cuisine. I hope it’s more like Green Leaf and Tamarind Tree than Racha.
