WHITEHOUSE STATION, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 23, 2006--The Board of Directors of Merck & Co., Inc., meeting today, declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share on the Company’s common stock for the third quarter of 2006. The $0.38 per share dividend is payable on July 3, 2006 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 2, 2006.
