MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The board of directors of Medtronic, Inc. (NYSE:MDT - News), yesterday approved a cash dividend of $0.1875 per share of the company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on January 23, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 2, 2009.
