Medicis to Restate Results; Suspends Outlook

Sept 24 (Reuters) - Medicis Pharmaceutical Corp said it plans to restate results for certain periods due to accounting problems and suspended its outlook for the rest of the year, sending its shares down 22 percent to an eight-year low.
