MaxorPlus received the highest Overall Satisfaction score of 9.6 out of 10, exceeding the average score of all PBMs profiled in the report.

The PBMI customer satisfaction survey sample included 466 plan sponsors who provide pharmacy benefits to their employees and dependents.
