LDR Holding Corp. of Austin will expand its upcoming follow-on stock offering to 1.3 million shares from its planned 900,000 offering that it announced in April. The stock’s current share price of $27.90 would translate to $32.1 million in capital for the medical device company after an initial public offering in October that brought in $77.5 million after expenses, according to the Austin American-Statesman.
