SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--KFx Medical Corporation announced that it received Notice of Allowance of claims for its application entitled: SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ATTACHING SOFT TISSUE TO BONE used in knotless double row rotator cuff repair. “We are thrilled to be able to announce this additional allowance for a total of three reported this week. Once issued these new patents will bring us to 11 issued U.S. patents, 7 pending U.S. applications, 3 issued foreign patents, and 3 pending foreign applications.
