Vistakon Ireland will expand its operations in the mid-west of Ireland, creating 100 production jobs and 200 temporary construction jobs, Ireland’s Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation Richard Bruton, TD, and the Minister for Finance Michael Noonan, TD, have announced. The investment of more than €100m is supported by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation through IDA Ireland. The expansion of Vistakon’s existing manufacturing facility in the National Technology Park, Limerick, will require 18 months of construction, creating 200 temporary positions, while more than 100 new highly skilled jobs will be created for third-level graduates.
