ALAMEDA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--InSite Vision Incorporated (AMEX:ISV) today reported financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2008. Total revenue for the third quarter was $1.0 million, with a net loss of $8.0 million, or $(0.08) per share for the three months ended September 30, 2008. As of September 30, 2008, InSite Vision had cash and cash equivalents and restricted cash and short-term investments of $45.7 million.
