Innovata plc Softens On Termination Of Skyepharma PLC Talks

Innovata softened 1/2 to 25 pence as the company ended talks with SkyePharma, 1-1/4 better at 50, over a "share exchange merger". Innovata's larger rival is discussing cash offers with other parties interested in the business as a whole.
