NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ImClone Systems Incorporated (NASDAQ: IMCL), a global leader in the development and commercialization of novel antibodies to treat cancer, today announced that a Phase 1 clinical trial of IMC-A12, ImClone’s fully human, IgG1 anti-insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF-1R) monoclonal antibody, plus the mTOR inhibitor temsirolimus in patients with advanced solid malignancies and lymphoma has opened for patient enrollment. This study is being carried out at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas and the Barbara Anne Karmanos Cancer Institute/Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
