ILX Resorts, Arizona Developer, Files for Bankruptcy

Bloomberg -- ILX Resorts Inc., the Sedona, Arizona-based owner of 11 resorts in four U.S. states, filed for bankruptcy protection blaming a lack of new credit and the deepening recession.
