BUDAPEST, July 22 (Reuters) - Hungary's leading drug producer Richter Gedeon GDRB.BU said on Tuesday it would build a biotechnology plant in Debrecen, eastern Hungary, at a cost of 15 billion Hungarian forints ($103.7 million).
