(NASDAQ: GIVN), the global leader in capsule endoscopy, today announced that Mr. Doron Birger had notified the Company of his intention to step down as Chairman of the Board of Directors during the second quarter of 2007 to focus on his activities as the President and CEO of Elron Electronic Industries Ltd. Mr. Birger has served as the Company's Chairman since 2002 and will continue to serve as a Director of the Company. In addition, Mr. Eyal Lifschitz, who served as a Director since 2003, will be stepping down following the next annual shareholders meeting of the Company.
