AHN -- Rockville, MD (AHN) - The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is warning consumers about the adverse reactions to Total Body Formula and Total Body Mega Formula liquid dietary supplements after ingestion. The Florida Department of Health earlier provided reports to the FDA on 23 individuals who experienced severe reactions to these products 7 to 10 days after the products were consumed. Reactions included muscle cramps, diarrhea, joint pain, fatigue and significant hair loss. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is conducting an ongoing investigation working with the Florida Department of Health.
