WASHINGTON, Oct 16 (Reuters) - Former Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Lester Crawford, who resigned last year, will plead guilty to two counts of misdemeanor over his ownership of stock in companies regulated by the agency, his lawyer said on Monday.
