Evogen has added two new executives to its team. The Lenexa-based company named Hans Kastensmith as president and CEO. Kanstensmith brings with him 23 years of health care experience, having founded, managed, established and advised companies that managed health care technology and population health, according to a release. Kastensmith also is chairman of several boards, the release said.
