Elan Corporation PLC Gets Injunction Against “Dissident” Directors

DUBLIN, Sept 7 (Reuters) - Elan (ELN.I) (ELN.N) said on Tuesday it has been granted an Irish High Court injunction to prevent two non-executive directors from launching a parallel probe into concerns over corporate governance at the drugmaker.
