DUBLIN, Ireland--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Elan Corporation, plc today announced a number of changes and adjustments to the company's Board of Directors. Effective July 1, 2007 Dr. Floyd Bloom and Mr. Jeff Shames will become new non-executive members of the Board.
