Whitehead and Joseph M. Mahady to the EKR Board as Independent Directors. On October 21, 2011, Robert P. Roche, Jr. was previously named as an Independent Director. In addition, all previous Board Members were reelected at EKR’s November 8th Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
