Horn Company announced today that Roger Clemens, Dr.PH, and longtime company consulting scientific advisor, has announced his candidacy for president of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT). The IFT is an international non-profit scientific society for food science and food technology professionals. There are currently 22,000 members worldwide, about 85% of which reside in the US.
