For the quarter ended September 30, 2008, the Company reported a net loss of approximately $4.1 million or $0.11 per share basic and diluted compared to a net loss of approximately $0.6 million or $0.02 per share basic and diluted for the corresponding period in 2007. At September 30, 2008, the Company had cash, cash equivalents and investments totaling $149.8 million.
