PRNewswire -- Concord Hospitality Enterprises, one of the nation's top-ranked hotel developer/owner/operators, in partnership with the Hamilton Community Foundation (HCF), today announced that the 120-room Courtyard by Marriott Hamilton will open tomorrow, following a 15-month, $12.5 million renovation. The rebranded, Marriott property is expected to bring nearly 80 jobs to the community of 60,000. Concord will manage the property. HCF Properties, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of HCF, owns the hotel. The property originally opened as the Hamiltonian, an independent hotel, in 1985.
