Concept Life Sciences Appoints Tony Johnson As Group Business Development Executive

Knowledge based, science led business, Concept Life Sciences, has further strengthened its team with the appointment of Tony Johnson as Group Business Development Executive. Tony, who joined the company on 14th November, is based at the group’s new science hub which is located on the Listerhills Science Park in Bradford.

Tony, a chemist by profession with a Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry from Loughborough University, brings extensive experience to Concept Life Sciences. After spending many years working within the pharma industry, including 20 years with AstraZeneca where he was manager of a team of analytical chemists running method development, validation, and stability studies, Tony moved into business development and has worked for a range of high profile companies including Almac Sciences, Covance and most recently Capsugel. Tony brings experience in selling a range of CMC services including analytical / synthesis and formulation.

Tony commented “I am delighted to be joining the Concept Life Sciences Group and moving back to my roots in business development within an analytical setting.
