WAYNE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Because of their sensitivity and specificity, immunoassays are important diagnostic tools allowing measurement of a wide variety of analytes. Immunoassays, however, are subject to a number of interferences, including those caused by circulating endogenous antibodies.
