Meeting details: July 6, 2007 at Banca IMI -- Corso Matteotti, 6 -- Milano 9:30-10:30 a.m. (Central European time)/ 3:30-4:30 a.m. (Eastern time)/12:30-1:30 a.m. (Pacific time)
The Company will be able to welcome a maximum number of 30 shareholders at the meeting.
