Boston Scientific Corporation Unit Guidant Corporation Charged Over Defibrillators

Reuters -- A Boston Scientific Corp subsidiary was charged with failing to report safety problems with some of its implantable defibrillators to the Food and Drug Administration, the U.S. Department of Justice said on Thursday.
